Being the largest bonsai centre in the UK. We have been established for over 43 years. If you are looking for a special Bonsai related gift for Christmas, then we can definitely help you make the right choice.
We have 1000’s of trees at our Nursery in Nottingham. We photograph and list trees on our website several times a week in the run up to Christmas. Not only do we stock a wide range of bonsai, they are hand packed by experts, delivered safely and promptly.
We photograph each tree, so when you select one you like, that’s the exact tree we send you. This takes us a lot of time, but makes your choice more important and gives you a better buying experience.
Just select a tree, add it to your basket, fill out your address and our website will calculate a shipping cost based on your location and weight/size of tree.
If you wish us to delay shipping till nearer Christmas, then you can inform us of this using the “Customer Comments” box when you order.
Shipping Information
We pack all our trees VERY well. Pots are wrapped to conserve moisture, then packed in double layer bubble wrap, then tree placed in strong cardboard box with recycled polystyrene filler to protect it from damage and also to insulate the tree. Over 10 years we have found this to be the best way to pack live bonsai. (Unlike some outlets, we don’t wire pots into empty boxes and hope for the best! ) We make sure our bonsai arrive to you quickly and in the same condition that they leave us in. So no need to worry about them while they are on their way to their new home.
We pack 7 days a week, and despatch Mon – Fri. Our courier collects around NOON. If you order early morning, we shall pack your order and it will be sent out the same day by next day* courier (DHL / UK Mail). If you order after NOON, your order will be packed same day and despatched the following day by next day* courier.
This year our last day for courier despatch will be Friday 20th Dec 2024 for delivery Monday 23rd Dec 2024. Any courier orders placed after the 21st will be held and despatched on the 3rd of JAN 2024 (once couriers are back at work). Smaller orders that go by royal mail will continue to ship during this period.
Although we get very busy at this time of year, we work long and hard to get deliveries shipped as timely as possible. We are also contactable by phone on 0115 9205757 for queries. 10 – 4pm
